The Army Parachute Association (APA) has charitable objectives aimed at promoting and supporting sports parachuting for military personnel, both active and retired.
The APA welcomes civilian members and tandem students, benefiting enormously from the skills and diversity that they bring.

How we carbon offset skydiving
The APA is proud to join VISIONAIRi’s #1jump1tree initiative as a means of carbon offsetting. We are mindful that we currently need to burn fossil fuels to enjoy our sport, and whilst sustainably sourced means of powering an aircraft are in the pipeline, they aren’t quite here yet!
In 2023, we donated to the initiative and will continue to do so moving forward to lessen our environmental impact whilst continuing to explore new ways of powering our aircraft.
